Software Support

Henschen & Associates provides local support for your Audio/Video Conferencing software and other desktop applications as required. Should you have a webcam or PC malfunction, we will make sure you are ready for your meeting, provided we have a two (2) hour notice. We will bring you a loaner system until your system is operational again.

Training is provided (by us) your local reseller. Simply call us! We will answer your question(s), show you how to use and take advantage of all the features of your system.
