Tom is a graduate of Owens Community College, Perrysburg, Ohio with a degree in Computer Electronics. The curriculum included courses in C++, Assembly, QBasic, CAD, Computer Repair, Electronics, and Digital Electronics. With previous experience with Unisys (laptop repair), Sercom (PC/laptop repair, system support, and printer support), Dana Corporation (contracted from Sercom, System Admin, Help Desk, System configuration, and hardware repairs) Tom supports both our hardware and our software.
