Eric joined the Henschen & Associates staff in June of 2007. Eric is a graduate of Tiffin University with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems. While getting his degree, Eric also worked for a software company testing software, writing documentation, programming, and helping with customer service. He has experience with MySQL and hardware repair and has performed many duties including customer service, scanning records into a database, handling inventory, scheduling and training employees, and cash accounting.
